If you have created an account, you can log in and check the progress of your order.
You will automatically receive an email notifying you of payment confirmation. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send another email confirming the item is with our courier and on its way.
If your order is sent via Royal Mail (small items), then there will be no tracking available.
If your order is sent via DPD Local (items over £30 and large orders), you will receive a notification from DPD Local themselves with an estimated delivery date and time. You will also be able to contact the courier directly, if you have any problems with receiving your order.
We accept the following UK Credit/Debit Cards: Visa Debit, Visa and MasterCard
We also accept PayPal payments direct from your PayPal account.
We DO NOT ACCEPT cheques, bank transfers or cash payments for ANY orders.
*Important: If you receive a refund, we will only be able to refund back to the Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account used for the transaction. We cannot refund back to any other form of payment, for security purposes.
We offer a generous 30 day, no quibble returns policy for most products.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, within 30 days of placing your order, please email email@example.com to request a refund or replacement.
You may be required to return any damaged or faulty item to us, for inspection by our manufacturer or suppliers. This is to ensure we identify any faults and can alert the manufacturer before they continue sending us products.
Once you have returned your items to us, you will need to allow 3 working days for any applicable refund to be processed. We will refund the full amount of your order, including any original shipping fees back to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original order.
